INVOKING GRACE
The Workshop begins with an introduction to Ganesha in his role as the Lord of the Mooladhara Chakra, with pointers towards invoking and receiving his grace for grounding and building a strong spiritual foundation.

ICONOGRAPHY DEMYSTIFIED
In a Sacred Arts experience you learn to recognize and interpret iconography, Symbols featured in traditional Tantric Art and their esoteric interpretation and ways in which these symbols can transform into tools of self-enquiry and discovery.

MANTRAS WOVEN INTO PAINTINGS
Moving into the heart of the experience, you will receive guidance to ways Mantras and Affirmations may be woven into the painting process. The combining of the Sacred rhythm of mantras with the act of painting integrates the sense of sound with sight and touch and enriches expression. This integration of senses draws the Mind and Spirit together as it increases focus and elevates the spirit

UNDERSTAND THE LANGUAGE OF COLORS
The process of painting during this session will be approached with discernment as regards to the colors chosen. Each color has a psychic and psychological impact when chosen with understanding and can be used effectively for healing and inner transformation.
